That’s a nice summer cabin for the average OT baller.

It is hard to imagine people lining up to pay 6-8 mill to live in... Stillwater.

The next Head Coach of OKState after Gundy retires might have to be the one to buy it

I would have thought you could buy half the land in Oklahoma for $8million. This won’t sell

That faux log cabin look narrows the buyers pool to like 3 total.

Going to go out on a limb that this will be on the market for a while...

That's what I was thinking as well. If O&G is big there the market would be:

- The next OSU football coach
- Some wealthy O&G CEO

Ita very nice, but everything is tan.

I prefer the Miami look of ultra white with pops of colour. I do appreciate the cavernous space and obviously high quality materials

Why make something so big when you don’t spend enough time there

Yeah, the market for people who can pay $8M in Stillwater is probably pretty small and you run into the frequent issue of people who can spend that big to live in the country are going to want to build their own unique property that caters to their personal tastes and whims (which will in turn become impossible to sell).

my uncle built a probably 3 million dollar monstrosity in the middle of a small midwestern town subdivision. i can't wait to see what happens when they try to sell it because idk who would (or even could) buy it.

I don't know what dirt burgler means and I don't give a shite enough to gooble it, but looking at those pics, I can now see why those steery queers are called that.
