Stillwater is a really nice town but this will be on the market for a while.

I strongly considered moving there as my company has a franchise for sale there. It's has about 70k people nearby and isn't that far from OKC or Tulsa. Surprised a lot of coastal expats haven't discovered it yet but that's a good thing.
