If I'm paying 8m, I better have mountains and ocean out my windows.

Does every upscale house in Oklahoma get designed by Ree Drummond?

Cool house. View not that great.

I might look into it as a vacation house if he drops the asking price to $7 million.

I guess he pretty much has to live in Oklahoma, and he makes $7.5 million per year. I'd enjoy living on 80 acres with that pad even if the backdrop isn't the greatest.

Lots of options for doing it in that bedroom. That's a plus.

Most appealing thing about that place is the shop and the Pond(s)...

It's pretty crazy that "I'm a man, I'm 40" was 16 years ago

Yeah, the market for people who can pay $8M in Stillwater is probably pretty small and you run into the frequent issue of people who can spend that big to live in the country are going to want to build their own unique property that caters to their personal tastes and whims (which will in turn become impossible to sell).

I'm looking forward to future youtubers doing an "abandoned mansion" video of it where they show us the graffiti and meth pipes in the workout room.

Nice place. But 80 acres in not nearly enough land for a mansion in Oklahoma.

I'd rather buy one of the large ranches if I was stupid wealthy that are roughly the same price. I don't need that many sq ft for just my wife and I.

Imagine having all of that and spending the majority of your time at a football office

He'll end up having to sell it for basically a premium on the land. The potential buyer pool in Stillwater is basically the basketball coach and Viktor Hovland.
