At what age did you feel you hit a wall as far as energy and enthusiasm go?

I'm in my mid-40s and have slowly but steadily become tired as hell. I sleep only six hours a night. I've got young children and other responsibilities that won't allow me to sleep any longer; more rest is out of the question. I drink coffee in the morning, but it just doesn't take. I tend to yawn in the car at least 20 times on a 30 minute commute.

Is this simply what getting old feels like? What might y'all suggest to pick things up, outside of cocaine, and such?

Now, I'm 16days out from 35.

But I'm also spent the last 15yrs eating Watsons and Adderall, now that I'm sober, life seems boring.

You've gotta find a way to get in bed earlier. Pitch black, no distractions. Let nature do its thing

Well if you are ruling out the blow, the only thing left is the hookers. Have you tried hookers?

Have you been tested for sleep apnea? That can be indications of sleep apnea and you're not getting REM sleep. Issue can be triggered by age and weight among other things.

Men have 2 lives. And the second one starts when they realize they only have 1.
