They are probably roses in a glass test tube. People don’t buy the roses, they by the glass pipes to smoke shite out of

Same way in central and south Florida. Out of all the times I’ve seen them at red lights I’ve only seen two or three flowers sold. I’m thinking there’s no way they make enough money for a living but they must be.

I'm not sure the economics of that business work out if you actually cultivate real roses to put in the tubes.
