Does the cartel force these Mexicans to work the street corners selling flowers?
All over every major street in Houston especially inside 610
Also what are the odds these flowers are stolen from every Kroger and Randalls in the city?

Yeah not sure who would buy them when they are already cheap in grocery stores and kept cold. I think it is cartel forced
