Get help and make sure that Daughter doesnt have to grow up knowing daddy killed himself. Record a conversation with your daughter and every time dark thoughts come play that.

Please quit putting pressure on yourself. Each "mistake" you made is in the past. Quit looking backwards. Look at the beautiful sky today. Look at your daughter who loves you. Can you imagine any animal besides a human being that upset about the past? We overcomplicate life and try too hard to live up to others' expectations.

My man, nothing I can say will be as wise and affirming as what has already been said . But give yourself a little bit of time, a little perspective and imagine all these people reading what you wrote and praying on your behalf, and being sad and concerned about you as they read it. It’s not just that your life has value, it’s that you are now, completely IRREPLACEABLE to someone who loves you. They can’t just make another you. And whatever sins and “ crimes” you think you’ve committed, so has everyone else, and you are forgiven. And I’m not solely talking about the Big Man, I’m talking about all of us as humans, making mistakes, and being in this suffering together and forgiving each other and getting second chances. Adjust and Refocus and so many good days are ahead.

Take control of those thoughts. Seek out help. WE ALL DO. THANK GOD for your daughter and focus on her and how they would feel. It would devastate them and be wondering why you didn't trust her enough to say anything. We all make bad decisions and mistakes. Trust me. Will be praying for you!

Children of people who commit suicide are at significantly higher risk of committing suicide themselves. Get help for your daughter's sake, if not for your own. As bad as things seem for you, they could be amplified for her if you follow that path.
