The sheriff also needs to step down along with any deputy that knew this was going on while not reporting it.

if the tape is enough to convict curtin it’s surely enough to convict Perkins. If his lawyer was any kind of human he’d make a deal to plea to one count of aggravated rape (life/no parole) and spare everyone the rest of the lurid details

Then Cynthia made the cupcakes, fed them to some of her students, and recorded them eating them so he could see the video. My daughter claims some of the students involved are still really screwed up mentally and in therapy.

Bruh a lawyer cannot make a plea deal for a client. It is the client's sole excision to make. The lawyer can withdraw but not take an unauthorized plea.

Ard is refusing to take any blame whatsoever and he was close friends with Perkins and promoted him to levels of very high authority.

the only good thing that might come out in trial is hard evidence that ard covered for this fricker while knowing what he did (at least in general terms).
Perkins is going to get life in prison no matter what, based on this curtin verdict. Ard going down would justify the need to vigorously prosecute the dozens of other charges
