Well, she had been helping run Trump campaign field opps in Virginia when she was 16 . She had gotten that job by lying and saying she was the niece of someone important. Once she got her foot in the door, though, she did such a good job that she kept being promoted even once they discovered she was hired based on a lie. She got this job because no one else wanted to do it because Rudy was seen as a gaffe machine and in a very difficult legal position.
