This has nothing to do with joe. This has to do with your average person being afraid of black people. If joe mcknight was a 6' 190 lb asian, he'd still be alive probably but we have this built in fear of black people as a society, go ask yourself why thats the case. you guys obviously dont watch enough of the First 48. lol
that can detain you for 48 hours but can and will let you go if they dont have enough evidence. They don't want to pull the gun early and charge someone with little to no evidence that might not hold up in court and then the suspect could walk. At times its obvious who committed the crime but circumstantial evidence doesn't have much weight in court. most cases need that key eye witness.
This case is far from over.

if you murder somebody in cold blood and its premeditated are you gonna just wait around for the cops to come or are you gonna make a run for it? Hardened criminals dont usually wait around for the cops when they're guilty.

impossible, all the junior detectives here already definitively informed us that this release means that Gasser is factually innocent, and additionally, that McKnight was guilty of something, probably had a gun, and had what was coming to him because he was once involved in a fight at football practice
