lol reg, so you are to assume mcknight was 2nd to get out of his car? You're here saying that a 150 lb man gets out of the car first to confront this bigger man, and yes you can tell from the window whether someone is big or skinny. You dont believe joe got out first and then the scrawny man grabbed his gun and got out? Why would the scrawny man say "dont frick with me" as witnesses stated??? Someone fricked with him in that case right? Or are you still going with the theory that this guy just drove up and randomly picked a black man to execute?
again obviously the cops didn't feel there was enough to charge him, so why do you?

Hence, why are people upset he wasn't charged? I have no opinion either way until the evidence comes out. Maybe the population is quick with the trigger finger no pun intended to indict people.
I'm bothered not by the fact that he's released (let the justice system play out), but by the fact that many of the ones here preaching patience and saying let's wait for the facts are rushing to convict McKnight in the court of public opinion on no basis whatsoever.

i disagree.....I would say that Glasser probably feared for his life more because Joe was black...and thats only because of the 99% crime in and around new Orleans are committed by black people

I hope people are not jumping to conclusions just because he was released. The law is not perfect but it will do it's job. This dude will be locked up for a long time or hopefully get the death penalty.
Now is not the time for people to commit more senseless crimes.

Just because he isn't charged now doesn't mean he won't be.

I doubt dabigfella obtained a GED,let alone has a working knowledge of the criminal justice system.

Fully understand that, but as citizens, we are supposed to wait for the facts of the case to come out for or against the accused. That's why we have due process so retards in the media aren't the judge and jury.

Can you please link me to where people, who kill other people, surrounded by multiple witnesses, are released less than 24 hours after the killing? Without bail?
I'll be patient.

You feel you have two choices: 1. Stay in your car and get physically harmed by this larger person, maybe even killed. 2. Defend yourself.
Nope. Third choice: drive away
If I get to a road argument with someone and they get out of the car and approach my car, I'm locking my doors and windows and the first chance I get, I'm rolling out. Especially in broad daylight.

You're about to get a picture of his Rolls. Watch out, and try not to hate him so much for his immense success.

Thanks...
Training camp fights do happen all the time though.. just saying
I seem to remember him handling his recruitment well, considering he left for USC.. my best friend played ball with joe growing up and he's pretty tore up about this.. everyone I know that knew joe says he was a great guy

you know i like you gene, but im saying you have here a scrawny 150 lb white guy and a 215 lb running back. Why on earth was joe mcknight even out of his car? Would he have gotten shot if he stayed in his car? If one was to speculate would the scrawny white guy get out of his car with the gun first then followed by mcknight getting out or would mcknight get out first then the man with the gun emerges? I dont know about you but if i see a guy with a gun emerge first, im driving through the red light.
At this point if mcknight got out first, then ron got out, what do you want ron to do. Mcknight was way bigger and possibly violent towards the smaller man. A gun is the equalizer, it sounds like when he pulled it, joe realized he had messed up by being a complete hotehead, which he showed during his time at USC and the Jets.
Again, I really could care less either way, but I hate that everyone brings race into the equation, this had nothing to do with race, it had to do with a smaller man, intimidated by a bigger man, and the smaller man had a gun. I just dont think this guy waited 54 years to start killing blacks, and I dont think that anyone would have died if both parties stayed in their cars but from how it sounds, mcknight got out first, I see no way a guy brandishing a gun got out first and mcknight got out too see whats up.
Holy shite. You are literally convicting Joe and trying to paint the picture of him being a monster.
FWIW, Mcknight is listed at 6' 190lbs and that was in his playing days a few years ago. When I saw him last summer he looked like an average in shape guy not much bigger than the shooter looks sitting next to his douchey car.

I think you ripped that quote out of context. I am on your side in this argument. You should be directing that question elsewhere.

Pax, I'm not saying this is what happened in this circumstance. I was challenged on what I would do in a situation in which you were confronted with an aggressor and you had a gun on you. Read the comment I replied to.
Again, no one here knows what happened. I still stand by my opinion that this whole thing sounds a little suspicious. And I respect others opinions that don't agree with mine.

Go back to his other posts. He portrays it 100% as a black white issue. ANd then whines about the race card being brought up.

Eh, we are a long way from any of that, obviously but even if this Gasser guy got out of his car and killed McKnight in cold blood and without provocation, that's not 1st degree murder.
