You're not following the conversation very well if you replied to MightYat with that post.

I think I am

You're either being purposely obtuse or naive or both. If the shooter was a 54yr old brotha that dude isn't on the street right now. I've been in the criminal system for over 20 years and that's just the way it is unfortunately.

Except I specifically stated the narrative can and should change if/when more evidence is presented.

Let's be wrong and then if we figure out later we were wrong we'll come out and tell everyone we were wrong and have them purge what we were wrong about from history.

That's how to do it?

Can you please link me to where people, who kill other people, surrounded by multiple witnesses, are released less than 24 hours after the killing? Without bail?

This one was in April. And if I remember correctly, the shooter was never even arrested or apprehended at all.

the entire event was on video.

I have an MBA from LSU. I assume you're one of those intellectual liberals who is wiser than everyone around them? Just FYI hillary clinton herself, a democrat, once called young black men "super predators"

Here is the vid

LINK

If you don't think african americans commit a higher percentage of violent crimes than any other race per capita then I dont know what to tell you, the stats all show that. Yes white people commit more crimes, but they're a significantly larger percentage of the population. In new orleans especially, where this went down, most violent crimes are committed by african americans, the stats show this. So if you're in new orleans and you see a black man get out of his car after you two had some sort of confrontation on the road, what do you do if you're ronald gasser? Sit there and cry? Or do you grab your gun and confront the problem? Obviously gasser felt he needed a gun to go around town, and it came in handy and may have saved him from a beat down at the hands of mcknight.

Again if this was so cut and dry, why not toss gasser in jail, appease the soon to be protestors, and just throw a 1st degree murder charge at him. Is it possibly bc there is nothing to do when a man defends himself? How could any reasonable person think gasser got out of his car first to go confront mcknight? There is no chance in hell gasser got out, holding a gun, and mcknight saw that and still got out of his car to confront him anyways. Mcknight was the first man out, he was the aggressor, and gasser defended himself.

Genius, he says both Hayes and the shooter in this case stayed with their weapons on the scene. Those are both facts.

This man gets it.

JM was the aggressor. RG feared for his safety after attempting to get away from JM and being unable to do so.

That;s funny, you've been waving the race card around enough to make Al Sharpton blush.

Yea that must be it. I don't think McKnight deserved a death sentence for being in a traffic dustup with vague facts, so I must be a hippie.

we have this built in fear of black people as a society, go ask yourself why thats the case. To think ronald would have been just as scared of another white man or say an indian man is silly, there is extra fear when its a black person,

It is extremely well known that Cardelle Hayes got out of his vehicle and exchanged words with Smith.

That is ballsy for them to do a presser at noon, not having a clue what Normand will show as evidence in his presser at 1.

Well, more like the NAACP doesnt give a shite either way

This us exactly why everyone should refrain from wild speculation. No one knows what happened and now we have people spouting off this BS about JM being the aggressor when we have absolutely zero evidence to suggest that.
