Man, New Orleans has been run into the ground for decades. Call me crazy but I’m going to give her a tiny bit of time to see what happens rather than bitching about tweets and age old problems that haven’t been magically solved overnight. Hell, I think she made a good hire at the S&WB. I’m not a huge fan of hers in general but cmon

What am I missing? People do panic, but she is telling people there is no need to do so (when you panic it makes things worse). Then goes on to tell people what they should do, based on the information received from NWSWPC.

In my senior class in high school the salutatorian was named Latoya. She moved out of state, graduated in computer science and has a really good job.
