I'm sure this fellow is nice enough, and means well, but the fact that he's been fired/arrested - even if not warranted - Baton Rouge deserves better. This will do nothing but continue the downward spiral of BR. It won't be long till BR = NOLA. Chocolate City II, by design.

White voters had the chance to vote in unison like the blacks did to stop her and they failed, thanks to LSU faculty and LSU liberal-arse students and people in the drama department.
If you think that college students turn out for local elections or that the majority of LSU students are registered to vote in BR, then you don't know college.

No, im looking at BR and it's electing mayors that are criminal racists and dumb as rocks, yet somehow manage to get elected and continue to run the shithole into the ground further..mostly because of just lazy morons who can't get their base energized to go vote.

This is a fancy way of saying the guy is a bullshite con-artist. Most who job hop like him are.

What other mayors besides SWB meet this criteria?

If the heat gets bad on this very poor hire, this will likely become the mayor's out. This resume timeline, with all the degrees and jobs, is suspect.

John Delgado: "Gary - Were there really no better qualified applicants from Baton Rouge? I mean, you are always pushing "shop local" right, so why wouldn't you expect the Mayor to "hire local". Are you telling me that out of the more than 200,000 black men and women in East Baton Rouge Parish, NONE were more qualified to be CAO than Troy Bell?"

Please tell me he said this to Gravy.

It's the same hypocrisy as the police chief bullshite. First, they advocate for all uniformed officers to be from EBRP while at the same time trying to hire a police chief from out of state who specializes in "community policing."

Who wins in a boxing match. Sure Delgado could just run around the ring with biscuit in tow. But I have a feeling if Biscuit was able to catch him with one of those gravy tubs it would be over.
