How do you even begin to sort out the liability on that?

it takes a couple football fields to completely stop a loaded rig in wet conditions

I hope the deaths are low but some tweets from news agencies are calling it a mass casualty event. It doesn't sound good at all.

unless you find someone that just acted overly egregious my guess is you just label it an unavoidable accident for all at teat point. idk.

The ice is pretty bad today.

It typically takes me 20 min to drive to work. Took me 90 today. Highways were closed all over.

Saw multiple people wreck on my way to the office.

In a sane world that might be the case. Ain't nobody going with that, though.

Ah yes, a little ice on the DFW roadways and people freaking lose their minds. I knew this was coming if there was any ice.

People in the Republic of Texas' southern tier have no idea how to slow down and drive safely on ice.

First responders were sending an ambulance bus to the scene

I saw this guy on 30 this morning as they were headed to the scene. It said something along the lines of "disaster response unit" and had lights and sirens going. I did not know this was something that existed.

As someone who is very comfortable on snow/ice after living elsewhere I will say it was deceptively slick in a few places this morning.
