I'm talking about "affirming care". Instead of people in his life suggesting that he seek treatment, they "affirmed" many of his delusions and probably told him he was brave for having them.

If the ages are right, this person would have been 18 when Covid lockdowns started. He should have been out learning to socialize and be a normal human.

That person IS an incel dude... I dont think you understand the type of person they were.
A lot of people that go down the MtF pipeline do so because the online trans community is super accepting of anyone. Not saying all, but there are a lot of losers/freaks who become trans because they get zero attention from any females and are so brain rotted from porn that they start having gender dysphoria. No friends, no gf, no career, nothing... They become the woman they cannot have. Then they realize they were an ugly dude... they are also an ugly woman -- nothing will change, and they crash out.
You can see them everywhere online. Again not all trans people, but there are many that fit this description.

I dont acknowledge or talk to them. If there's an establishment that employs one, word gets around and everyone I know boycotts the establishment. I refuse to interact with someone with an obvious mental illness.

Just saw/read his manifesto/suicide note.
frick you, dude. Keeps telling people to "move on and forget about me" knowing he's about to go shoot up some fricking elementary school kids. Just kill yourself, you fricking piece of shite. Don't go kill innocent people (and kids at that) for literally no sane reason whatsoever. Then also in the same note talks about how the world needs more love in it. frick YOU, dude.
But I guess since it's a trans, this story will disappear off the face of the map by tomorrow morning.
But instead of treating this very clear mental illness, I guess it's better that society praises and even champions it, and it's even backed by legit medical professionals who have lost their way.
ETA: Surprisingly nice grammar in the suicide note though. That caught me offguard a little.
