Also check what her mom looks like so you can get an idea of what the future holds.

Looks is 100% the most important thing, you want a trophy wife. Everything else pales in comparison.

Looks are important. Fidelity is key to a smoother marriage. That's only going to happen if you're attracted to her five years down the road.

Your kids will look like the no-makeup version. Choose wisely.

More Important:

1. Does she cook? My wife fricks up sammiches and won't can't cook.
2. Will she turn in to a hog after she pops out kids? Ain't no full body makeup podnah.

Stretch marks are genetic too. That's a gamble.

My secretary has 3 kids and her belly looks like she never had kids. Some women get in a bathing suit and look like they were mauled by a tiger.

To each their own, but I wasn't looking for a woman to share shoes with when I met my wife.

Moral of the story: Unless you knock her up, never get married.

Two critical things...

1. She looks good with little to no makeup. After marriage or even significant periods of dating she isn't going to wear her war paint around the house.

2. She has healthy habits (e.g. eats right and takes care of her body). Her metabolism will slow and then there will be pregnancy. If she doesn't have good habits established or discipline now, she will balloon up.

Married for for five years here and I'm blessed.

It IS important. You should be attracted to your spouse, and she to you. You have to keep up your end of the bargain as well.

I really scored on this particular relationship aspect. My woman looks great without makeup, and hardly wears any at all, most days.

Women who cake on the makeup, by nature, are skilled at presenting themselves as something they are not. Taking care of one's appearance is one thing. Presenting a whole false front is another.

Proceed with caution.

Natural beauty was a serious criteria for me...I wasn't attracted to chicks who obviously wore makeup, much less a ton of it.

So to answer, YES.

I never dated a makeup queen in the first place, so I couldn't have married one.

Mothers should teach daughters the only way to apply makeup correctly is to appear as though she isn't wearing any.

Outside of big to-do parties, Balls, things like that.
