From Georgia Tech.

The interactive map allows users to choose a county anywhere in the United States, choose the event size (anywhere from 10 people to 10,000), and then calculate the risk that at least one COVID-19 positive person will be present.

Covid—19 hates the CSA. Or SEC.
Take your pick.

Yeah I’m calling BS on that map. Just take Florida and Louisiana as examples. It’s been reported by multiple counties/parishes that the numbers are VASTLY pumped up to look worse than it actually is.

This just isn't true. In my parish we have had .013 % of the population has contracted the Kung Flu and .0004% have died from it, but it's a 99% risk level? That's fricking bullshite.

We've been living our lives for the last month + and literally, 1 person I know has gotten the virus. This again is nothing more that hyperbole from media.

Yet, 31% of US Covid deaths come from two states alone: NY and NJ, who are low risk on that map

Let me further reiterate

NJ and NY make up only 4.5% of the United States population. But they account for 31% of covid deaths

And yet, I see the OP and media pimping them as handling this well. I even heard Fauci praise how well NY did. It makes no sense

HVAC systems causing spread in the south. The North will be catching up soon, they had a heat wave up in the NE this week. They really haven't used the AC much up until this point.

That map is horse shite. It says I have a 50-75% in Bossier parish of being around someone that has it. Yet, in a parish that has roughly 130,000 people living in it, only around 1400 people have been confirmed cases.

Just more fear mongering.
