Concerned parents may start forming enough of these modern versions of the one room schoolhouse and realize it serves their children better.

It'll be interesting. So far I've seen just about every industry use COVID as an excuse to deliver a sub-standard product or service. I think we'll see that hurt them more and more as we come out of this and people innovate....this is one of the first steps

A stay at home mom that has extra space can take in 5-6 kids, set up a work area, provide them lunch & watch them do their school work
Easy to ask for 100.00 a week or so per kid

You don't think for one second that the government's going to allow this, do you?
You can homeschool your kids, but how many ways can the government frick you if you dare to teach other peoples' kids without the blessing of the state?
The teachers' unions will see their cash cow dying and attack these things mercilessly as well.

I struggle with the word revenue as it could implicate a school turning a profit.
But yes. A lot of the operating funds are determined by FTE (butts in seats).

Probably the most important thing primary education provides is learning social interaction.
Art and science are easy, if we weren't bullshitting around and we got serious, we could have 6th graders doing Calculus and solving Relativity problems. But, those not as important as showing people early on how to work with each other AND how to compete against other properly. You need both to be balanced.
Micro schooling by definition offers a superior student to instructor ratio. To give kids a spread of specialized experts ( and prevent the inevitable nut-jobs from causing too much damage ), it would be good for each kid to go to 2 or 3 different micro schools part week (a science heavy, an athletics focused and an art oriented); that way they'll interact with a couple dozen different kids per week.

That’s a lot of work for $20/day. What if there was a 5 or 6 year old?
