I'm t2diabetic and been doing keto carnivore since October, i'm not fat
if you like meat carnivore is the best way to eat, i throw in good carbs occasionally I eat a lot of butter, tallow bacon fat and Ghee in every thing i cook on stove top my AIc has dropped from 8.2 to 6.3 and i try to stay in Ketosis and my numbers are improving
this guy obviously took it to an extreme and what you dont know is what his weight is he's probly pretty fat to have that much cholesterol to have it seeping out his skin
I just saw a video of a Dr i follow yesterday about this very same guy

That diet is so trendy and has gotten a cult following that think it’s infallible. It’s the new bro diet. It’s an example of the misinformation that youtube quack doctors and bro channels can generate over the course of 5 years. All for clicks.

Say what y'all want, but the good old food pyramid never did that to a person.

All due respect, if you are type 2 diabetic, your body isn’t going to respond the same way as a young healthy guy in their 20s-30s who are doing carnivore because some guy with an attention grabbing YouTube thumbnail told them so.
Metabolically, you’re different than people. Your diet change is more justified.

Literally my meal yesterday. Its a very healthy meal if you arent eating carbs. Cheese is not really a staple amongst most on carnivore diet.
This man's hands are not "full of cholesterol"

Dont do it then. Its amazing how upset people get about others doing a diet that 1) is as old as humanity and 2) works really well

how did he lose weight consuming nearly 10-12k of calories per day?
1. He lied
or
2. He burned over 10-12k calories per day
Or.
3. He had a tapeworm
Those are your only 3 options

It probably did. Only a real fool would believe that clickbait

Maybe but it's also probably the best meal plan to go on. It clears up all the inflammation in your body as well as a multitude of other ailments. Diet alone would put doctors and big pharma out of business if people actually gave a frick about their bodies

I’m not naive enough to. Don’t mistake or try to frame my apprehension as being upset.
As old as humanity? Lol You didn’t hear about “Carnivore” until sometime after covid started. Which kicked youtube into overdrive with gym bros and making wannabe alpha male youtube channels to make a living.
Cavemen ate better diets than these carnivore bros sweating cheese and butter from their pores. Lol

This is what gets me about modern times
A large portion of people 100% trust social media influencers over doctors when it comes to health.
But if you asked them if it was smarter to go to a doctor for heart surgery or a social media influencer they would look at you like you are crazy

This is classic youtube alpha male bro channel propaganda. “It’s a conspiracy. it’s because big pharma”

Inuit diet refutes this faggy "Lol" response.

It's a good meal after a hard workout, but 90% of us don't need 6 eggs and 2lbs of meat at a meal, even if you're doing OMAD.
I've done a keto/low carb diet at several different points in my life and it definitely works for weight loss and improving cholesterol, blood sugar and A1C if you stick to it, but most normal people can't just eat all the protein they want like some people like to portray it.
