This happens a lot more than most people realize, usually is the last straw for a cardiac event.
One time I had a stomach virus and/or severe food poisoning that totally wrecked my guts. For four days I couldn't keep anything in and couldn't eat for nearly a week. The aftermath was total reversal where I couldn't get anything out. Fiber, water, exercise, laxatives, etc, NOTHING helped. After being in misery for a week, it felt like the (product) was on the edge of the cup but I just couldn't send him home. After being awake all night I decided enough was enough and I was just going to, literally, grin and bear it, and force it out. I came as close as I've ever come to passing out. Lightheadedness, sweating, weakness, etc. The first thing I thought in the aftermath was that I now understood how someone could die like that.

You can also die while busting a nut. Somewhere out there, a man has died doing both at the same time.
Probably some women too.
Makes for one extra (and terrible) layer in the aftermath.

Take a psyllium fiber supplement. It'll keep you flowing normally, naturally, and easily.

I've practiced my Lamaze breathing more than onc3 fearing I'd rip something crowning after 16 hours of flying.

Another great use of a bidet- - - put that jet on full blast and let it chip away

It doesn’t matter what this dude accomplished in life. From now until the end of time if he gets brought up someone is gonna say “you know he died from trying to shite right?”

So stupid to not have a bidet on every toilet in 2026.

If you ever worked in the ER overnight, there was always an increase of patients coming in around 5:30 from old people having heart attacks from trying to squeeze out that early morning poop.

You know when the heroin didn’t take me out, I always figured the couple days of constipation might.
