I hope you realize that editing your stupid posts doesn't stop people from knowing that you're a huge cunt and we all wish you'd just stop. Posting that is.

Congrats to OP.

Great news. I dropped 40 about 2 years ago and people still comment. When they say “ you lost weight “ I usually say that I don’t know where I put it and hopefully I can find it again.

Like you, I ain’t looking for it and will never find it again.

I'll ask the question everyone is wondering: how much more of your penis can you see?

I think some people get self conscious when others around them succeed at something, especially something so visible and noticeable. In my experience, most people will be genuinely happy for you, then ask what you did and immediately be turned off because it's work no matter what "diet" you folllw. Some might even ask for advice. People want a magic pill.

I have been losing weight for a long time and now my most frequent question is "how do you keep it off?". You should see the looks i get when i say "I walk a minimum of 6k steps per day, I CrossFit 4-5x per week, and I track all of my food intake every day"

Eta

I'm still fat, too. I have another 40-50lb to lose.

Good for you OP, just don't go back to eating like crap and its fairly easy to maintain.

Not as drastic but I went from 225 to 180 last year and my big pat on the back moment was an old lady at church whispered to my wife one morning, "Is he sick? no one can lose that amount of weight just changing how they eat."
She wasn't prepared for the answer she got, "no ma'am, but our sex life has never been better"
We don't go to church there anymore.

In 2020, you're supposed to just be proud of your bitch tits, stretch marks, and high blood pressure.

Good job brother!

I’m settled in at 242 and haven’t been lifting......a bit fatty tbh.

I’m gearing up for a run to around 210. That would be glorious but I haven’t been 210 since 7th grade. Gotta slow the booze for sure along with cutting sugar.

If they are willing to put in the work (and time their white carb intake properly) they can eat whatever they like and lose weight. Most people either don't have the time or impetus to burn a couple of thousand calories a day on top of their BMR.

Great work man, the 1st part of this is done. The perpetual 2nd part is keeping it off. I went through a lifestyle change (don't call it a diet) about 5 years' ago when I saw a picture of myself and was ashamed at what I had done to my body. Too much junk food and not enough healthy food. I went on about a year lifestyle change where I was extremely dedicated to it and dropped 50 pounds by just changing my diet. Never worked out, just food changes. I was at 225 at my heaviest (i'm a thin build so the fat was apparent) and dropped to 170 at my lowest. Over the next several years' I started eating less healthy - think pizza, fries, fried food, etc - and my weight got up to about 192 or so recently. I have since started back on a healthy train and dropped about 8 pounds in the past 90 days, albeit, not as strict as I was years' ago.

Keep up the good work and when you get to a point where you're happy, don't be afraid to have some "treats" but make sure that it's in moderation.
