Yeah that Hardy and 99 area of I45 is bad.

For me, getting from TWHS area to I45 can be 6 minutes at 5am (usually hit up LT which is on way) but lately can be 12 minutes if closer to 7:30.

Morning commute not bad but drive home can be bad. Sometimes will go back way down 249 to avoid the 45 cluster.

Moved to Seabrook, TX (South Houston) about a year ago... couldn't love it here enough. Couldn't stand being in any parts of Katy, The Woodlands, Cypress, or Sugar Land

How is this news? The woodlands traffic has always been a shvt show. Didn’t people die trying to evacuate a hurricane there due to traffic?

There was a shooting there, months back. My family and friends took the shooter out: This is the text I got the next morning.

“Shooting happened right in front of our table last night. (One of my friends) pushed me under the table and then My friend’s husband grabbed the guys gun and (My friend) took the shooter down.
In the damn woodlands. We went there thinking it would be a safer night than going somewhere in town. Cops detained us all for questioning for hours and wouldn’t let us leave even though we weren’t involved.”

Three people shot, all lived. A lot more to the story.

Do they have shaded walking trails, I've been looking for cheaper places to live for a while now and trees are at a premium.

Have been in the woodlands for a few years now, almost never notice the traffic except on the parkway in the mornings and most of that is school related.

We live in the back and it doesn’t feel busy or crowded at all.

The woodlands is awesome besides all the fricking Mexicans. I wish ICE would start driving around here and rounding up all the people here illegally and putting their kids into school at the last minute.

Have Indians taken over Montgomery County like they have Dallas and Collin County?

Not Montgomery but Fort Bend County, specifically Sugar Land

Just moved up to TWTX from Houston a month ago... but I also work up here, so I don't have any commute time. I can see why folks endure the commute down to Houston, but living in Houston and driving up here did not make sense to me.

Pretty nice so far. CSB

Very true. Even the area around Tyler is booming.
