A Michigan man claims that when he tried to pay a parking ticket in Royal Oak with pennies, a court officer responded by choking him. The attack led him to defecate, he says.

The craziest thing about this, is that the pennies were rolled, and it was only a $10 fine. But they wouldn't take it, beat the shite out of him, and arrested him.

I paid a $500 ticket in all $1s to the fat frick in Port Vincent. They didn't enjoy having to count that out. Especially when I would start saying random numbers to frick them up
