About 10 years ago there was a guy in downtown BR who was in a wheelchair that would expose himself occasionally
He wore a skirt - sometimes he was Brian and sometimes he was Briana

I knew a guy from Lee HS, '76 that was arrested for this. It was a teen girl's window he was outside of. We called him The Bushwhacker after his arrest.
