We can laugh all we want about this now, but this is exactly what Derrick Todd Lee was doing before he began murdering women. Albeit he was a teen when he started peeping.
Between this and the rapist that attacked the girl last week in front of The Barber Shop, I’d say people have a right to be disturbed. They need to get a bit angrier with BRPD too.
