A guy has the unfortunate genetics that make him actually have gender dysphoria? I genuinely feel sorry for him. I can not imagine what that would be like. I wish there was a pill or a magic wand that they could use to perfectly fix that issue genetically. We don't have that, though. So, if Bruce Jenner feels like a woman and changes his name to Caitlin, I'll call him Caitlin. I can't. however, call him a "she." That word has an actual meaning, and I know for a fact that he's NOT a woman. His DESIRE to be called a certain pronoun can not supersede my RIGHT to speak freely and not be asked to pretend on the behalf of another person. My interest in being nice does not go so far as me being ok with lying about this.
By the time you get to transwomen playing women's sports you've already gone off the deep end. This story, essentially wanting to force a straight male to frick a guy because the guy thinks he's a woman is further even than that.

I would argue that the difference is that there are active factions within the Republican Party trying to isolate and eliminate “neocons” and the last Republican President enacted policies in direct defiance of previous neocon endeavors.
The same is not true about the DNC. The only democrat to speak out against their mainstream, extreme lunacy was Tulsi Gabbard and she was effectively removed from the party.
This, of course, isn’t a surprise given world history as it concerns left wing ideologies. Ideological purification is a tenant of leftism ... with horrible consequences literally every single time.

Thank you for being rational and explaining your opinions like an adult. It’s rare here. My issue is what I quoted above because that’s not what happened in this case and it’s the fact that people think that’s what is happening that leads to all of the ignorant responses and thoughts that are littered on here daily. I’m not expecting anyone to go research this porn case bc who really cares, but if someone is going to have some really strong opinions on it at the very least understand what happened

Honestly, this is the story that ought to wake everyone up, but since it's about porn it'll gain no traction.
But, let's be blunt what this story is about.
A straight man is being vilified for refusing to have anal sex with another man because the man wanting to be railed thinks he's a woman.
This is about as ground floor a version of this topic as you can get. It's not esoteric, it's not hypothetical...a straight guy is faced with the dangling balls of another guy and he is being told that he must pretend that's not an indication he's staring into the a-hole of a man, and stick his dick in there...or else be a bigot.

This is the crux of the problem for classical liberals and why we've seen them retreat, and their voices be overtaken. Sadly, they are the most important voice in bridging the current divide, but they are weak and have backed themselves into a corner following this logic.
You cannot govern by "trying to be nice," while "allowing for anything as long as it hurts no one else." Most actions of repercussions we are not aware of, and this is the end result, but since REAL liberals have taken this stance, they can't go back and make choices and value one thing over another, even though it would benefit mankind as a whole.
