Madeira Beach commissioner accused of licking city manager's face, grabbing genitals(Fla)

MADEIRA BEACH, Fla. (WFLA) - A Madeira Beach City commissioner has resigned.
Nancy Oakley is accused of licking the former city manager's face and grabbing his genitals.
Oakley maintains the incident never happened.
The Florida Commission on Ethics found Oakley did sexually harass the former city manager.
On Wednesday night, the city commission publicly censured her and accepted her resignation.
Back in November 2012, then City Manager Shane Crawford says Oakley attacked him, sexually.
“She would grab your genitalia and then lick you from your Adam's apple, up across your face. And it just wasn't a pleasant issue and she did that to show dominance,” said Crawford.
