A development like Industriaplex would do well there at the intersection of two major highways. The area needs jobs.
If I'm not mistaken, the Cortana property did not flood.

I seen that before and I agree, but that area is just not a good place to open up anything..
Unless it was dirt cheap, I can't imagine why anyone would risk investing in that building.
