Expensive clothes like LuLulemon are tools of white supremacy and only serve to facilitate racial disparities or some bullshite like that

Was it in their policy not to confront or follow thieves out of the building? Most companies have this policy. It's to protect against lawsuits that are significantly more expensive than a bunch of t-shirts, that cost 3 dollars to make. My point is, either you side with a private businesses right to run their business, or you don't.

There's nothing to sue for. As stupid as this firing is, you can't sue someone for firing you because they felt like it. Best they can do is collect unemployment.
You may want to tell Equinox Gym in NYC this……

This is why we can’t have nice things.

Actually, you can sue for wrongful termination.

We are either a nation of laws or not. Your ilk is the problem!!!
Why don't they just put "free for black people" signs all over the store?

They should go back and rob the store
Theyd suffer less as thieves than they did turning in the criminals

I used to stop at this Walgreens fairly often that wasn't in the best part of town anymore. I sort of got to know some of the cashiers and they'd occasionally tell me about all of the problems they had with theft. There's a pretty large ghetto across the street and a big homeless, heroin addict population in the area.
It closed down a few months ago and I'm sure that was one of the primary reasons.

Lmaooo some of y'all are so emotionally driven. Yes, shoplifters should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Also, 2 women that work at LuLufrickingLemon, should not be the ones to uphold that law. See, two things can be correct at the same time, when you aren't virtue signaling. You're much more like a liberal than you think, you just melt about different shite.

"We are not supposed to get in the way. You kind of clear path for whatever they're going to do," Jennifer Ferguson, the assistant manager who was fired, told 11Alive. "And then, after it's over, you scan a QR code. And that's that. We've been told not to put it in any notes, because that might scare other people. We're not supposed to call the police, not really supposed to talk about it."
All you folks paying $100 for a pair of yoga pants feel like a sucker now?

Machine guns and job applications are the best ways to stop this behavior

Well, this time, two employees decided to push back a little. They videoed the robbery in action and the car that the thieves took off in. This quick thinking allowed the police to find the criminals and charge them with felony robbery.
Probably released immediately with no bond but they took the ride at least.

You need to go back and read through that thread. That lawsuit was a lot more justified than the way the article was written.
