Troy Middleton was the 2nd in command of US forces behind Bradley on D Day. He was a veteran of WWI and WWII. He was the one who decide that Bastogne should be held during the Battle of the Bulge. As a result , we defeated the Germans in the Ardennnes and invaded Germany. There is no reason to take his name off of the Library.
