My daughter (no pics) is a senior in high school and thankfully didn't even consider LSU. She's going out of state. Also, I have two nieces (no pics) that are seniors at LSU and they both say if they had it to do over again they would choose a different school. As Baton Rouge sinks further and further into shitholedom, LSU goes right along with it.

Yep. No chance either of my children end up in the frickin shithole that has become Baton Rouge.

Way to go, assholes running EBR. Ya fricked up one of the last attractive things LA had to offer.

Not that LSU is helping itself any. But that’s beside the point.

You realize this happens in college and not just at LSU. There are shitty people everywhere. You can only teach your daughter to be smart and not put herself in positions like this

You do realize that even folks that make generally good and rational decisions are also put in shitty situations (out of their control) sometimes based on their environments. Some environments have more of a chance for shitty outcomes. Baton Rouge and NOLA are two such environments.

If the rumors are true

This is not a problem excerbated by Baton Rouge. This is a typical college dive bar story where a young lady is horribly taken advantage of by men her age. Happens everywhere there's a university.

I'm not trivializing the crime. If true, fry the bastards... don't let them see one single day in court. I'm just arguing that choosing another school does not make you any safer from situations like this.

There hasn't been any outside of TD. Inside TD there's a few posters floating an unproven theory of a nefarious nature.

You don’t think it’s exacerbated when you have a clown mayor and clown police chief who are notoriously inept, incompetent, and soft on crime?

Really? Everywhere? Post a few links to back that claim up. I’m talking about scenarios where the girl is dropped off and winds up dead.

Or maybe this is BS. Or maybe it’s true and they are in an investigation. Don’t be such a damn moron.

You must be over 50s. It happens everywhere. Most dudes that go to bars are looking to get laid. She made a bad choice and it cost her life. LSU is a great school with all types of people. Some good some bad. Same as any university

Additionally, teach your sons to not be pieces of shite so they help a girl in this situation and not take advantage of her.

Is there any evidence this girl was drugged, raped, beat up then dumped other than people in this thread claiming it?

I got a Senior in high school who is saying this is BS...girl was wasted with friend group and wanted to go see a boy, friends got tired of trying to talk her out of it and she got an uber. Uber driver kicked her out, not sure why, then she got hit.

Thats the story thats rolling around Mandeville from her sorority sisters

Welcome to tOT...We solved a murder involving a serial killer in Lafayette...

We also got a Judge canned in Arkansas

That is correct. You’re missing the point. I never said bad things don’t happen everywhere. All I alluded to is that there is a greater chance of bad things happening in a place like BR relative to many other places that are not BR.
