99% of higher education is liberal progressive. We just want a diversity of ideas an opinions. There was zero chance they would hire a conservative president. So for you to tell us we apply a political litmus test to everything is laughable.
I honestly would love to see an all black staff of educators cut from the mold of Thomas Sowell or Ben Carson. I would be standing in line to send my kid to that university.

I'm the first in my family to attend LSU. McNeese and Texas A&M graduates otherwise. I appreciate the connections the construction management program gave me but I'm not balling enough to donate to the school haha and they don't bug me about it.

Lots of things used to be nice but you cannot live in the past and pretend that is how things still are just because you want it to be. LSU has made a decision to abandon its past because they now believe everything you love about it is evil and racist. If you agree with LSU today then don't abandon them. If you disagree, then stop supporting it because without your money, LSU will be forced to abandon this way of thinking.

You know what’s too common, people who keep saying “I’ll give it a chance”. This country is in a very bad state because we haven’t stood up, me included. I don’t know what to do, but I’m tired of the bullshite. The kind of ideology that someone like this guy puts out is absolutely toxic. I don’t have an answer or a plan, so take my opinion for what it’s worth.

LSU did that by themselves by hiring a guy who the vast majority of his published material is about a political ideology that views literally everything through the prism of race and "equity".
Anyone who says math is racist has no business anywhere near a leadership position at any education institution from Pre-K to the best universities in the world. There's simply no room for that kind of nonsense in the realm of education.
