What cuck would willingly fight Joshua? Dude has bigger balls than most of us. You just have a big mouth.
My balls are big enough to step in the ring against AJ for just 1 mil. I would gladly take a broken jaw for 50 mil.

Jake Paul made $92 million for that fight according to reports. I would gladly look like a cuck and get my jaw broken for $92 million

Id take that fight for 10 million
The purse was $184 million split 50/50

I don’t hate him

50 mill for 15 min worth of work? Uhhhh yea. Plus what a great story to have to tell.

When he bought that ranch he gained some respect from me. Much better than a yacht.
quote:
Jake Paul Buys $39 Million Historic Georgia Ranch ...Jake Paul's current major real estate acquisition is the Southlands Plantation, a massive 5,746-acre sporting ranch in Georgia, bought for $39 million using earnings from his boxing matches; this vast estate, featuring lakes, creeks, hunting grounds, and lodges, serves as a remote retreat for boxing training and a focus on nature
quote:
Paul disclosed his post-fight ranch investment during an appearance on "The Iced Coffee Hour" podcast. Paul said, “I’ve been wanting to buy a ranch for the past 15 years.” He explained that owning a ranch has been his dream and the reason he works so hard. I think it’s just I love everything to do with it: hunting, jet skiing, ATVs, fishing, horses, cows, and all that stuff.” “It cost $39 million… It’s massive. It’s a little bit bigger than I wanted, but when I got there, I was like, ‘I have to buy this’.”

I don't understand the hate for this dude. What did he do? I know he started out as a youtuber but he seems like a good guy. Goes out of his way for people, seems sensible even after getting knocked in the head a lot. I don't get it.
frick it, I'll ride with this opinion too.
Dude genuinely seems to love boxing, got in the ring with an Olympian and former HW champion, and got his jaw broken in two places. No matter how cocky he is, that's admirable.

Is he really a bad dude?
I know he talks a lot but I don’t know that he’s a bad guy. I think he’s done some good for the people.
he's not a bad person. he's basically a real life, professional wrestling heel/bad guy who knows his role and plays it well. he pisses off the mainstream sports fans who know nothing about what else is going on. he draws eyeballs to his events.
go talk to any fighter who has fought on any of his events from the prelims to the main card and they will tell you that he is very generous with the payouts. most of the former UFC legends (Woodley, Askren, etc.) made the most money for a single fight in their entire careers at his events.
think about that, Tyron Woodley made more money fighting for Jake Paul (multiple times) than he did winning and defending the UFC Welterweight Championship.

MMA Guru offered some counterpoints to 'Jake is a cuck' and 'the fight was scripted':
1. How on Earth did Jake not get knocked out cold by that punch? He just says 'wow' and then stands back up afterward. That is insane actually--even if you hate him you have to admit, he must have a chin.
2. Jake lasted longer than Ngannou against AJ. Yes, he was shooting takedowns and it was a farce, but he also threw some hard punches to try and get a fluke upset. And almost everyone making fun of Jake would get smoked by AJ in less than a minute.
3. His main argument against 'the fight was scripted' is this punch that Jake landed:
He was saying there's no way AJ is agreeing to take that punch in a scripted scenario.
He was also saying Jake had no business being in there against an elite heavyweight. He's probably not even a true cruiserweight.
Far more impressive than Jake's boxing is his marketing. Nobody should care at all about this guy and yet here we are. And he's making tons of money and has packed-full stadiums of people watching his fights with millions more over broadcast.
He's a shameless gimmick artist, but it takes balls to get in there and actually try to somehow beat AJ. He was rich before the fight, he could have just kept beating on smaller guys or old guys.
Pays fighters generously. Hot girlfriend. Proud American, MAGA. Not all bad.

And yet he’s richer than this entire board combined

his brother is also a youtuber, he's the guy that found the dead body hanging in the suicide forest in Japan and instead of calling the authorities, they filmed it and cracked jokes about it. His brother defended him. that's where the hate started.

I respect anyone who has the balls to get in the ring and I think I benefited greatly from getting my arse kicked a half dozen times in my youth. Finding out is essential to the masculine experience.
