That's actually much lower income than I expected the "richest" zip code in the state to be.

I wonder how that compares to California's riches zip code. Probably somewhere in Malibu about 10x's higher.

I'm actually shocked how LOW these numbers are.

There used to be a whole lot more poor in that geographic area.

NOLA has all the costs alot of bigger cities do, without the salaries to go with it actually

Doesn't 70130 include a big part of the Irish Chanel? I wouldn't consider that an incredibly wealthy area. People forget the NOLA landscape where you have a 2 million home on St. Charles and then 3 blocks back you can find a $50k shotgun house.

Edit: I live in #5 and I don't consider myself OT baller but I'm in the same zip as a lot of Highland Rd. mansions.
