Yep...almost 500 kids died of the flu in the 2019-2020 flu season (Oct 2019 to April 2020; 7 months)
It’s extremely similar to covid deaths in children. Neither are significant

Really hope the FDA approves the booster shot for kids. Taking no chances with this nasty virus making my kids critically ill

So then you would be against a school Covid vaccine mandate then? Since it’s so similar to flu in kids and there is no mandate for that vaccine.

There's a growing number of BR catholic school parents who are preparing to stand firm against this in case the diocese starts feeling froggy.
I won't be getting any of my kids this vaccine. They can choose to get it when they're 18 if they want it. By then we'll know if it fricks them up or not.

You will when they get pissed that your kid is putting their's at risk because yours is unvaccinated, and they start pushing for it to be mandatory for school.

actually, it’s more like <500 have died from a population of ~85 million (US children 0-17 ages).
there is no risk of COVID for healthy children. Anyone who tells you differently is lying.

Less than 50% of Louisiana adults are vaccinated. Why would they think these adults are going to allow their kids to get vaccinated? Just not going to happen. Waste of money.

Why would parents force a vaccine on their kids when they don't even need to wear masks anymore.
