Utilities cleared many year's worth of growth fixing all the damage. We've never been better prepared for ice, ever.

Local plants will have little choice but to have people on the road coming and going.
Many have contingencies for weather like this where they'll reduce rates or shutdown to be able to use a skeleton crew of operators and mechanics to keep the plant stable until the event passes. They show up before things go South and stay until the threat is gone. Everyone else stays home until told to return back to work.

My weather channel app has a red dot on the daily forecast for Monday and Wednesday. Does anyone know what that means?

Just spoke to my niece in Denver. It's 8 degrees there. She said it will be -9 Sunday. She said she's just going to let her dog pee on the carpet lol.

If anyone in that area has a flat roof or lives in a trailer you guys HAVE to shovel the snow off the roof or there's a good chance it'll cave in.

Radar Scope and Dark Sky are good. I like Weatherbug for general weather. The NOAA radar app is good.
