We usually have a "hunker down" crew. They get a crew for each unit that stay in the plant until the bad weather is gone and people can travel again. They do this for hurricanes and weather like this. And you get paid 24-7 while you are there, even when you're sleeping on the little cot they provide you.

WeatherBug is telling my that my low on Sunday is 24 with a 30% chance of freezing rain and Monday the low is 14 with an 80% chance of freezing mix
on Wednesday... high 36, low 30 with a 40% chance of snow showers
on Thursday... high 41, low 25 with a 30% chance of frozen mix
ETA: according to my WeatherBug... today's high here in Alexandria is supposed to be 37... I don't believe it's gotten past 33 yet
