Just a start

Phylis Taylor
Mrs. Benson
Flores & Rucks.
Boysie Bollinger (Maybe other Bollingers)
Jim Bernhard

I know of about five more, but they’re private people who don’t want to be public people.

100M is a low threshold, there is 2-3xs that amount in LA if you count total net worth. I can think of probably 20 off the top of my head.

Guy that owns LLOG has to be on the list too.

Yep. Twenty times over. He once was told by an employee that they could develop a deepwater block and make a half billion dollars. He said, “What would I do with another half billion dollars?”

If I had to guess, I’d say he (Gerry Boelte) is the richest man in Louisiana.

Also this is folks who claim Louisiana as their state of residence. Folks at that level may stay here more than anywhere but claim a residence in a state with no income tax.

Spook Streams & family
Millard Morris

Close but maybe not $100 million would be

Aubrey Temple's heirs?
Hixson family?
Stine family?
The Tadlocks?

I wonder how close Billy Navvare was before he passed?

There is no possible way to even come close to an accurate number.

77 is such a random number.

Depending on when the list was made don't forget that a lot of actors have lived here and many still do. Isn't Sandra Bullock a NOLA resident? I know Brad and Angelina were at one point. They are all easily worth more than $100 million.

Still? Ellen has never lived in NOLA.. i dont think she’s ever even owned a home in NOLA, though i could be wrong on that.

She did, however, live in Metairie while growing up.
