The numbers are like 38% in the general and about 40% in the runoff for JBE regardless of opponent.

The number of “undecideds” doesn’t favor him either because it is pretty hard to be “undecided” about a guy who has run the state the last several years.

JBE does a great job of taking credit for things. At least we are #1 in incompetent government leaders. It is a start!

It's just the usual, dint blame me for this.

That’s right! Believe me, I’d much rather live in MS than those liberal safe spaces. And to be honest, keep us right there at the bottom of this made up list. It will keep those hipsters out of my town.

Imagine, if like Washington for instance, our most populous minority group was Asian at almost 8%. I wonder where we would sit on this list?

pretty low, but a little higher.

No, the white people aren't of "higher quality".

Washington for instance has one of the highest economic gaps between the urban/suburban types and the rural population and it's regarded as the worst state in the country for low income residents, most of whom are white and rural.

Rural washington and oregon are some of the most stagnant places in the country. And in this country, when we think low class. We think rural and ghetto.

They don't have ghetto's but they have a shitload of low class white folks.

There’s a good reason why JBE hasn’t touched 50% in approval rating polls in a long time.

He has achieved literally nothing positive at all for Louisiana that derserves re-election. All he’s good for is bragging about a surplus of tax dollars to spend on poors, white trash and ghetto hoodrats while Louisiana is shedding jobs left and right, people are leaving this state in droves and we have some of the highest taxes in the country with nothing to show for it.

He’s a failed Governor and Louisiana needs better than him.

Ok you're right. Jindal was the greatest Gov in the country for 8 straight years and Edwards destroyed all his accomplishments already...

I really hope you think Jindal bashing is enough to get JBE re-elected while the Louisiana economy is in the shitter while the rest of the south and the country is booming.

Then he kept fricking up. REPEATEDLY and very publicly. To the point where a layup to get re-elected is now him looking down the barrel at two candidates capable of whipping him.

There’s a reason why piggy Mary Landreiu was a huge friend to the largest private employer in Louisiana, oil and gas industry, and actually represented their interests in DC. That support helped keep her in the senate for 18 years.

JBE could’ve taken a cue from her and applied that smart lesson to his Governorship and it would’ve set him apart from the national party as a good local democrat but no he chose to buddy himself with ambulance chasers who want to make millions attacking oil and gas with bs lawsuits and help them out with the obligatory red tape as well.

JBE has done everything he could to run oil and gas out of Louisiana to fatten up the bank account of his pals.

This is such a sad comment to read. Bragging about horrible healthcare, state fiscal health and horrible education. But whoooo it keeps “hipsters” out.

Have you never been outside of Louisiana? The entire world outside of South LA isn’t the liberal shithole portrayed on the news. It’s okay to strive to better our state, increase education and reduce corruption.

The people demanding money for education aren’t “the people”, it is the teacher’s unions and the parish school boards.

You know, same assholes supporting JBE.
