From the article I just read, ATC has already approved. Up to a metro city council vote at 4 today. So could be as early as tonight.

So Covid hits after 11 and attacks anyone under the age of 21 right as that person steps in the bar?

The Cadillac, Ice House Taproom, Mango’s Daiquiris and Top Ten Social Club are all closed in East Baton Rouge.
Exact reasons for the closures weren’t given, but they could fall under several factors, including too many people, lack of masks, serving alcohol too late, or having live music.

Poor woman. You can hear her frustration through the screen.

Like "Yeah I fricking opened and operated without a food permit, what do you want me to do? Lose everything over bullshite."

We are back to the bottom, like in mid-June. This is a really good place to be. Louisiana has done its duty. Next phase is appropriate.

Good to see hospitalizations are down big. I almost raged when someone bumped yesterdays thread at noon and I saw hospitalizations were "up" double digits again.

The past 3-4 weeks or longer have been like this. Bumps up on Monday/Tuesday, then a big drop on Wed - Fri. It's crazy

Louisiana has a .2% mortality rate for those that contract covid and hospitalizations are way down from early April. We are well below the national average.

I’d say we got this well under control

Be proud

The Metro Council failed to get the 7 yes votes to approve EBR bars opening. What a joke.
