Sigh.
“We need to not overwhelm the medical system”.
I’m tired of being lied to. And I don’t care that cases are increasing. I’m sorry, very sorry and sad about the deaths and for those who require hospitalizations but enough already.

1500 in 3 days. Stick market tanking because 2nd wave is here. No end to the protests. When we start getting official numbers out of CHAZ we’re going back underground. Buckle up boys.

There is no second wave or uptick until you see the percent positive of tests given starting to rise, which is absolutely not happening

I am at the point where I am irrationally angry at the way this is being handled
I hope the fear & despair of every person that dies alone haunts JBE for the rest of his corrupt life

I know he has, and I am asking if he is saying it sarcastically or seriously. Because a large number of people foolishly interpret numbers just as he is doing in his posts

You know it's shtick but have to ask if it's sarcasm or not?
Ouch...

I work with 2 of them. 1 was in a panic because we had "600 new cases Monday". Tried to correct him with the number, and tell him 150+ were from the first week of May and are already "recovered". Did not want to hear it and was acting like all "600" were from his neighborhood.
The other is at least realistic and understands that we need to open the economy and people will catch it, but it's not going away. She will then spout off that she hopes anyone not wearing a face mask & gloves in public should get it

Are all these new positives backlogged? Have to be right? Over 1,300 in 3 days, seems high

Didn't look, but the last 3 days might have the highest number of returned tests of any 3 day stretch, that didn't include a backlog dump.

Any intelligent person knows that relaxing restrictions would lead to an increase in cases.
We are still well within capacity to deal with these cases.

That was March's justification for shutting down the country. The goalpost have moved FAR beyond that initial objective

The one from the 9th did include 155 backlogged cases

Yes, but number of cases doesn't matter. Test more, find more.
Keep in mind that outpatient services in hospitals have opened back up. Patients are getting tested before surgery, as far as I know.

And this is why I'm so pissed and want to fight anyone who I know that wants to stay in phase 1 or 2 or even mentions the idea of shutting down again.
All of March there were tons and radio, tv, and billboard adds telling us why we needed to stay home and crash the economy.
Now not a damn peep about that.
