Surprise mid-week presumes recovery update?
46,334 through 7/07

on 7/07 there were 68,263 positive cases, 3,211 deaths, and 46,334 presumed recovered.
This leaves 18,718 active cases

Interesting note: If you add all of the cases from 6/20 through 7/07, 17 days, that comes to 18,878

Not much forward progress today, but we still have capacity. Not terrible. No need for panic.

I guess the good news is whether it comes back positive or negative, you're good to go.

And I still think that some are in ICU beds that could be on a regular floor and would absolutely be moved if it was needed for a true ICU situation. And NO I'm not a conspiracy theorist.

ETA: I'm assuming that someone on a bipap has to be in the icu. If someone is OFF of a bipap, asking for a poboy, should they still be in icu for monitoring if the icu has the availability or should they be moved to the floor to have the bed open and ready for the next in need? Honest question because I don't know.
