Rate is lower than that. Only 11,323 cases in July.

That’s awesome news. Yeah, notifying only if positive is kinda standard practice for us right now. Dealing with severe staffing shortages and an influx of families with questions. Trying to keep everyone as informed as possible but our plates are full.

We tested late last week. Have about 90% of staff back with only 1 additional positive over last week so far. No resident results returned yet.

Obviously not handling it well. I have never seen a bigger continuous melt than that person has been having. It is an absolute heater

LA COVID Fatality rate (with 21 day lag built in)

5/1 - 10%

6/1 - 8.5%

7/1 - 7.1%

7/8 - 6.8%
