No way, no how. He'll probably offer more value meal certificates if you get tested. #numbers

You are delusional. He already said we won't be going to Phase 3. If anything, he will use these numbers to talk about how restrictions are helping, and then talk about numbers that are bad, like he always does.

We will not be in Phase 3 in August or September. I promise.

Since last Monday we have an average death rate per day of 32, a net decrease in hospitalizations of 61, a positivity rate below 10% every day, and a net increase on vents of 46. Need the vents to start going down.

Give me one specific reason why we should not be allowed to go to phase 3.

1. He has already stated we are staying where we are
2. He will go to a “real” phase 2 (bars open) before he goes to Phase 3

We will not see Phase 3 in August

Because JBE needs that extra 30% payroll tax

Your right but...
They only tested 14k .

Is the drop in hospitalizations due to discharges?

I actually think he might go to phase 3 before opening bars. He has decided bars are the biggest problem

And yes, no way we get phase 3 until September.

Here's a question, the overall postive % for all test from March to now is roughly 8.6%.

On the LDH's daily positive %, only about 29 days from March 8 through July 29 are at that number or lower. And if they are lower, it's barely lower.

The other 100ish days are above, and usually way above, 8.6%.

There's no way the daily % numbers they show on there are correct. Unless the lower days account for half the test results or something.

Am I missing something?

If he went to Phase 3 which per the WH nursing homes can open & JBE keeps bars closed the state will implode

oh hey... the LDH finally updated their official numbers to 7/29

on 7/29 the official percentage of positive tests is 13.44%

that's down from a secondary peak of 15.67% on 7/9

Our next struggle is getting back to phase 2.

Even bars with food permits were open in phase 1, and are closed now.

We might be in phase 2 until there’s a vaccine.
