My wife's travel missing assignment might get terminated early. They don't have an influx of patients in ICU.

If they terminate her early, she still gets tha $20k incentive pay on top of her shift pay so keep pumping this nothing burger.

I understand that a lot of these tests may not come from today, i can’t give a % but I can tell you most, but has anyone seen if the past % positives decrease?

If today’s numbers are higher, shouldn’t that mean that negative cases are back dated and the % positive should lower?

EXACTLY. They are so predictable it's pathetic. We are now moving into the "won't anybody think of the children!!" portion of the gross overreaction. The number of children relative to total population of school aged children is WHOLLY IRRELEVANT. All it will take is ONE negative instance for panic to ensue.

And this is where the impact social media has on COMPLETELY skewing the perception of those too dumb, or too lazy to take the very minimal next step in the critical thinking process. It's why someone like my MIL is terrified to take my kids to Target because she saw on Facebook a story of ONE child being kidnapped at a Target 10 states and 2,500 miles away. The fact that probably 1 million kids visited Targets throughout the nation that same day without incident is of no bearing. That ONE instance and ridiculously small chance of it occurring is enough to base her opinion that the "world is crazy today" and Target is not a safe place to take children
