I saw something similar happen in Monroe on 165 one day. Tire from a semi bounced thru an intersection and hit the top of the front windshield over the seat right where a 12 year-old girl was riding with her mom. Killed her dead on the spot.

Awful for this girl's family, and awful for the truck driver too.
Even though it was likely a freak accident, this will probably stick with him forever.
