They should make fentanyl illegal. Then people will stop dying from it.

I've seen the lord and he looks like a man in dreads next to a hissing high-pressure cylinder outside of tips at 4am

I have a cold brew coffee keg that's N2O charged, so this is pretty annoying.

Amazon.

You weren’t buying flavored nitrous at porn shops for your cold brew.

Just another thing you will just buy from Amazon instead of a local store

I doubt Amazon will ship it to LA addresses.

It is still legal to buy use and posses it for food purposes including houseware uses.

quote:

(4)(c) The provisions of this Section do not apply to the possession, use, or
7 sale of nitrous oxide as a propellant in food preparation for restaurant, food service,
8 or houseware products.

So if you ban retailers in the state from selling it

Well online it is

Remember driving to Port Allen on Sundays and getting whip its. Anyone remember the name of that place? Pretty sure it was an adult store. Good times.

Jenna Combel was found unconscious due to Nitrous Oxide inhalation by her father Greg. This led Greg to discovering that Jenna had been using for quite some time and, like any good Daddy, he wanted to save his Baby Girl, but nobody would listen to his plea.

His plea for what, for his own daughter to stop being a junkie loser? We need a new, unique law for that?

This, in my opinion, was Divinely authored. Every piece of the process was a catalyst for the next; like a beautiful Rube Goldberg design. Or, more like a domino effect. And, like dominos, we each had a specific purpose that, if even one were removed, the chain reaction would halt. Allow me to tell you about God’s Divine process.

These people are insane.

Ah, I didn't realize the bill was only prohibiting it from sales by stores within the state.

Yeah, I've got 100+ whippit chargers that I don't plan on using for a long time. Colored me shocked Louisiana keeps pushing business away. Can't wait til they ban paint sales in Louisiana as well.

i wonder if more people die from nitrous oxide or alcohol on an annual basis?

quote:

Although nitrous oxide was recorded in 56 deaths between 2001 and 2020, and is currently subject to government review potentially ahead of further legal controls

quote:

Average annual number of deaths from excessive alcohol use increased 29.3%, from 137,927 during 2016–2017 to 178,307 during 2020–2021; age-standardized alcohol-related death rates increased from 38.1 to 47.6 per 100,000 population.

If you let people have gummies, maybe they don’t turn to nitrous oxide

I am sure his "Baby Girl" has moved on to heroin or opiods by now. His daughter is spending $1800 a month on this stuff. She has serious issues.

JFC. I thought it was much more dangerous than that. More people probably die choking on a chicken nugget.
