Don’t bring your idiocy into this. This has nothing to do with affirmative action.

I did. The OT is stupid. Going to Mississippi and getting stuck was pretty stupid. I'm in the right place.

They need to make an example of her so that the Masses will not gain the epiphany that the whole damn USA is one big rigged game design to enrich the globalist elite and enslave the peasants.

Bribery concerning programs receiving federal funds: it is against the law when someone

corruptly gives, offers, or agrees to give anything of value to any person, with intent to influence or reward an agent of an organization or of a State, local or Indian tribal government, or any agency thereof, in connection with any business, transaction, or series of transactions of such organization, government, or agency involving anything of value of $5,000 or more;

The circumstance referred to...is that the organization, government, or agency receives, in any one year period, benefits in excess of $10,000 under a Federal program involving a grant, contract, subsidy, loan, guarantee, insurance, or other form of Federal assistance.

Maybe you should have taught your kids how to earn your place in college, and not just party and buy your way in over others who are more deserving?

Lori Laughlin is a fricking idiot. She should've taken the plea deal the feds were offering her back in the spring and she could've been home by Christmas. But no, she thought that her fancy lawyer and pussy pass could beat the 95% convection rate the feds have.
Her stupid arse is looking at a hell of a lot more prison time now.
For comparison's sake, Felicity Huffman is getting out of prison next Monday, will only have to do a year of supervised released and she will have nothing further to do with this horrible debacle for the rest of her life in 2021.
That's a hell of a deal.

I do not find these "women" attractive and I do not watch their cheap arse tv shows. With that said there is an incredible amounts of money being wasted on worthless college degrees. These parents are buying their kid's way into to college, because they are too dumb to get in on their own merit, and then turn around and major in some fluff degree. They take up a spot that really qualified kid could have had who would have become a heart surgeon or the chemist who cures cancer.Phuck them and their phony lifestyle and bought degrees like that ugly phuck phony AOC who supposedly has an Economics degree (she probably hired someone to take her exams, damn bitch).

Yes it does. One college admissions director was very frank with me when discussing my son's application. She said he had the three marks of the beast. A white male with married parents who went to college. The recent lawsuit against the Ivy League showed that a white Male who was not a legacy or athlete had close to a zero percent chance of acceptance. It leads some folks to break the rules.

If Aunt Becky had taken the plea deal, she might have gotten off with two weeks like Felicity Huffman did.
Fighting it means longer jail time and got her canned by Hallmark and Netflix in the meantime.

Truth. If the Feds prosecute you, work out the best plea deal you can. They only take cases they know they can win. And if the FBI questions you, rest assured that they know the answer to a question before they ask it and it is against Fed law to lie to a Federal agent.

Huffman was arrested on March 12, 2019, for her involvement with a nationwide college entrance exam cheating scandal, charged with conspiracy to commit mail fraud and honest services mail fraud, and released on $250,000 bail.[4] On May 13, Huffman pleaded guilty to federal charges for paying $15,000 to have a proctor correct SAT questions answered incorrectly by her daughter.[5] On September 13, she was sentenced to 14 days in prison, a $30,000 fine, 250 hours of community service and one year supervised release for her part in the scandal.[6] She reported to prison and began her sentence on October 15, 2019

Isn't USC a state university that takes federal funding and not a private institution though?

USC is private. But private universities take plenty of federal money for various programs.

Correct, one of the charges is "conspiracy to commit federal program bribery."
