I looked up "crowds for Boots on the Bayou" knowing there was a low turnout.
Google was full of local influencers pumping up that event with strategic backgrounds.

There's 3 or 4 in New Orleans that are always in my feed. A few from Houston and Lafayette too.

There’s a women who keeps popping up on my tik tok as “someone you may know”, well she’s always telling how strong she is to be a single mother to 5 and how tough she has. Well I know a person that knows her ex husband and the truth was she cheated and got caught and the husband kicked her to the curb. Social media is one big lie and people blatantly do it.

We've all been to one we fondly remember (Beachcorner, Johnny White's RIP Olde Absinthe House), and could be helpful when you're in town and don't want to just wander around looking for a place.
